Cuerva is a group that is committed to growth and is currently planning the construction of its fifth hydroelectric power station. This project is being undertaken abroad, in the province of Chiriquí in Panama.
At the present time the project has completed all the administrative requirements, and has been awarded the license from the government of Panama. The construction work is scheduled to be finished by 2012.
The power station will use water from the Fonseca River and will produce an average annual energy of 42.3 GWh.
