After the liberalisation of the electricity sector in July, 2009,  Cuerva, in collaboration with CHC Energía, opened a new business line: energy marketing.

Thanks to this strategic collaboration, CHC Energía has become the leading energy marketer in the country. In the near future Cuerva intends to extend its energy marketing activities to areas that are outside its direct sphere of influence. It will begin in the Granada province and then broaden its scope to include the rest of the country.
