Cuerva complies with the Personal Data Protection Act (LOPD). The ARCO rights (a Spanish acronym for access, rectification, removal, and challenge) are a set of rights that are established in the Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), and which guarantee that you can control your personal information by requiring third parties to comply with their obligations, as specified by law.

What are the ARCO rights?

  • The right of Access, or the right to request your personal information.
  • The right of Rectification, or the right to change your personal information.
  • The right of Removal, or the right to erase your personal information.
  • The right to Challenge.

Royal Decree 1720/2007, WHICH APPROVED THE ENABLING REGULATIONS OF ORGANIC LAW 15/1999, OF 13 DECEMBER ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA.
